Overview
LABUR is partnering with a client to bring on a Sr. SAP Order Fulfillment/Logistics EDI Analyst who will play a critical role in reconciling finished goods orders, deliveries, shipments, and inventory movements between the organization and third-party warehouses. This individual will audit source documentation and EDI transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of inventory transaction posting across the supply chain. This role is fully remote with periodic travel required.

Overview
LABUR is partnering with a client to bring on a Sr. SAP Order Fulfillment/Logistics EDI Analyst who will play a critical role in reconciling finished goods orders, deliveries, shipments, and inventory movements between the organization and third-party warehouses. This individual will audit source documentation and EDI transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of inventory transaction posting across the supply chain. This role is fully remote with periodic travel required.
Responsibilities
- Post shipments, receipts, outbound delivery confirmations, and warehouse adjustments in SAP
- Resolve EDI errors, identify EDI gaps, and audit both electronic and manual warehouse transactional activities
- Investigate orders not yet shipped or received in the system to ensure customer invoices are accurate and posted in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory accuracy across third-party warehouse locations
- Analyze transaction flow of orders and shipments by type, frequency, and magnitude to minimize error rates and recommend process improvements
- Communicate issues clearly, in both written and verbal format, to third-party warehouse contacts and internal functional teams
- 5 years of SAP experience across multiple domains including SD, Logistics, and Transportation Management (TM)
- Strong understanding of Order Fulfillment and Logistics processes and the corresponding SAP domain
- Experience collaborating with Customer Service and Logistics departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues to diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and support a flexible work schedule when required
- Familiarity with EDI documents such as 940s, 945s, and 943s is preferred
- Experience with transportation management concepts is a plus
