Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype and deploy AI use cases that deliver measurable value within weeks
- Build LLM-powered workflows including document extraction, copilots, and process automation
- Validate and pressure-test vendor solutions, providing an internal benchmark for quality and capability
- Design and build lightweight data pipelines to support active use cases
- Work across messy, real-world enterprise data to deliver reliable, production-ready outputs
- Accelerate time-to-value for priority initiatives such as RFQ processing, procurement, and beyond
- Reduce reliance on external vendors for iteration and refinement cycles
- Proven ability to go from problem identification to working solution in 1–2 weeks
- Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, and integration with enterprise data sources
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered workflows in production environments (document extraction, copilots, automation)
- Demonstrated success working with imperfect, real-world enterprise data at scale
- Pragmatic engineering mindset — focused on delivering usable outputs, not theoretical perfection
- Self-starter with a problem-solving orientation and the ability to contribute immediately
- Senior-level experience required; candidates must show clear evidence of systems they have built that are in production today
