LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Program Analyst to join their Program Delivery team. This role supports a large-scale Long-Term Infrastructure Improvement Plan (LTIIP) by providing expert-level analysis in the materials management space. The Program Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, line and substation engineering, project management, and construction teams to drive materials readiness and overall program success.

LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Program Analyst to join their Program Delivery team. This role supports a large-scale Long-Term Infrastructure Improvement Plan (LTIIP) by providing expert-level analysis in the materials management space. The Program Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, line and substation engineering, project management, and construction teams to drive materials readiness and overall program success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with supply chain, engineering, and major equipment vendors on demand planning and forecasting exercises across the LTIIP program
- Coordinate with engineering, program managers, supply chain management, and construction teams to ensure materials are procured on time to meet project objectives
- Lead stakeholder meetings to communicate program updates on materials delivery status, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans
- Participate in quarterly business reviews to track and evaluate vendor progress
- Manage long lead time items through effective tracking, monitoring, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver weekly status reports as input to director-level presentations
- Lead and participate in materials initiatives to drive efficiency across the program
- Collaborate with the Materials Program Manager to identify and recommend process improvements and align on materials management strategies
