Overview

LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a mid-to-senior level Scrum Master for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract engagement. This role calls for a technically grounded Agile practitioner who can drive delivery across infrastructure, security, and application teams while leading complex integration and automation initiatives with both US-based and offshore resources. This role follows a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across infrastructure, security, and application teams, ensuring alignment and cohesion across technical disciplines
• Drive complex integration and automation projects through all phases of planning and execution
• Coordinate US-based and offshore resources to maintain seamless collaboration and delivery continuity
• Bridge cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and keep initiatives on track
• Engage in early morning meetings (7–8 AM ET) as needed to support distributed team coordination
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong Scrum Master experience at a mid-to-senior level
• Solid technical background with the ability to engage credibly across engineering disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to operate across infrastructure, security, and application teams
• Proven track record leading complex integration and automation projects
• Experience coordinating onshore and offshore resources in a distributed delivery model
  
  

Compensation

$65-$75/hour
