The analyst will define business requirements, lead testing efforts, map current and future state processes, and drive change management across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead current-state and future-state process mapping, documenting functional and non-functional changes to support retail business initiatives
- Define and document business requirements and test plans spanning marketing, sales, finance, operations, and cross-functional product rollouts
- Facilitate requirements sessions with internal stakeholders and retail partners, ensuring business needs are clearly captured and championed throughout the project lifecycle
- Recommend structures, standards, and best practices that drive project development, change management adoption, and utilization of retail technology
- Define and execute test plans including Business Testing and User Acceptance Testing
- Deliver change management direction to impacted teams, supporting smooth adoption of new processes and systems
- Coach and mentor project partners and peers to elevate team capability and collaboration
- 6-8 years of business analyst experience on the business side, with a strong client-service orientation and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proven ability to communicate and present project concepts and updates to senior management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
- Proficient in expressing large-scale concepts through multiple tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
- Salesforce certification preferred.
