LABUR is partnering with a client to engage an experienced ERP Consultant, Epicor P21. This consultant will drive system configuration, Dynachange rules management, workflow optimization, and end-user support, delivering meaningful customization and enhancements across the Epicor P21 environment without deep custom coding. This is an on-site role with offices located in the New York, Louisville, Charlotte, Dallas, and Salt Lake City metropolitan areas.

Overview
LABUR is partnering with a client to engage an experienced ERP Consultant, Epicor P21. This consultant will drive system configuration, Dynachange rules management, workflow optimization, and end-user support, delivering meaningful customization and enhancements across the Epicor P21 environment without deep custom coding. This is an on-site role with offices located in the New York, Louisville, Charlotte, Dallas, and Salt Lake City metropolitan areas.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Dynachange rules to customize and enhance P21 workflows without extensive custom development.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting across the Epicor P21 ERP environment.
- Manage and optimize core P21 modules, including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, and Pricing.
- Administer user security, role-based access, and system settings across all Americas operations.
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and service pack installations.
- Develop and maintain custom reports using SQL, Crystal Reports, or SSRS.
- Analyze business processes and recommend workflow optimizations leveraging P21 functionality.
- Conduct end-user training, support UAT efforts, and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) in a consulting, configuration, or support capacity.
- Proficiency with Dynachange rules and configuration-level customization within P21.
- Strong understanding of distribution industry processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory control.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying, reporting, and troubleshooting; experience with Crystal Reports or SSRS preferred.
- Familiarity with C# / .NET as it relates to Dynachange and API integrations is a plus.
- Experience coordinating P21 system upgrades, patches, and user security administration.
- Strong communication and training skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and support end-user adoption.
