LABUR is partnering with a client to bring on an experienced Codex developer who will accelerate the development and support of new internal applications while transforming how the organization operates across the software development lifecycle. This individual will play a key role in adopting and scaling modern development tools to improve speed, quality, and adaptability. This is a hands-on contract role suited for a pragmatic, dependable developer who is already proficient with Codex and comfortable building, enhancing, and supporting applications using the platform.

$90-$105 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.

This is a hands-on contract role suited for a pragmatic, dependable developer who is already proficient with Codex and comfortable building, enhancing, and supporting applications using the platform.
Responsibilities
- Build new applications using Codex to support evolving business needs.
- Provide break/fix support and deliver ongoing enhancements for existing Codex-based applications.
- Partner closely with internal teams to integrate Codex into the broader software development lifecycle.
- Drive adoption of modern development tools and practices across the organization.
- Contribute practical insight to improve how teams design, build, and support software.
- 6–12 months of hands-on experience using Codex in a real-world environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Codex as a development tool, beyond conceptual exposure.
- Proven experience building applications and supporting them post-deployment.
- Background in application development, low-code/no-code platforms, or modern development tooling.
- Experience supporting teams during process or tooling transformation.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment.
$90-$105 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.
