Position Overview
A growing company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure product accuracy and quality before shipment. This role will work closely with the warehouse and operations team to inspect incoming materials, verify inventory, and help maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or product inspection experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Verify product quantities, labels, and UPC codes
- Label and prepare products for shipment
- Assist with inventory checks and maintain accurate product counts
- Investigate product shortages, overages, or discrepancies
- Assist with order picking and shipping preparation
- Help monitor unloading and warehouse activity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Support additional warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or quality inspection preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting
