Job Title: Quality Control Specialist

Shift/Hours: Mon – Fri, 7:00am – 3:30pm

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for following all related processes and procedures as it relates to the position. Reviewing inbound material to ensure it falls within acceptable tolerance levels, quality checks on outbound shipments for the same. Completing PC work for visibility of team on defects, communication via email, phone, & in person. Work with off sites to ensure timely turns on quality issues & scrap material.

• Monitor Scrap material across network
• • Work with all facilities to ensure timely processing of scrap out of system
• Monitor QC material across network
• • Work with all facilities to ensure timely processing of QC related material

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in warehouse industry operations in a high-volume environment. Candidate must be familiar with warehouse and/or inventory management systems and show a high level of comfort and competency. MS Office skills, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook, are required. Incumbent must be able to communicate clearly and professionally both within the departments and cross-functionally. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
