Position SummaryThe Team Lead supports the Supervisor in the daily operations of the department and provides leadership in their absence. This role ensures smooth day-to-day processes, effective communication across teams, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and assign daily work tasks to subordinates.Oversee daily operations, including preparation of end-of-shift reports.Follow up on issues and escalate when necessary.Collaborate with the local team to identify areas of improvement and report on daily efficiency.Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, particularly during peak (4th Quarter).Ensure compliance with company safety and hygiene regulations.Support and uphold the 7S Program and related guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Experience in SAP and/or WMS environment preferred.Proficiency in computer applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and teamwork.Labor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
