In this role, you will support a wide range of HR and administrative functions, including executive and client visit planning, onboarding, compliance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.Pay Hourly Bill Rate Range Start: $24.0000Key Responsibilities:Coordinate logistics for client and executive visits, including meeting space setup, prep activities, and cateringFacilitate onboarding communications and lead New Hire Orientation sessionsSupport HR operations through daily administrative tasks including data entry and reporting in Kronos and UKGMaintain accurate employee records (digital and paper-based)Track compliance documents such as I-9s, policy acknowledgments, and training completionsOrganize employee engagement activities and eventsManage onboarding and office supply inventory; order supplies as neededHandle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesDraft and distribute HR communications including welcome messages, reminders, and noticesAssist with internal HR audits and generate HR-related reportsCreate new hire badges and help manage site access proceduresMinimum Qualifications:2 years of HR administrative support experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong multitasking and time management abilitiesQuick learner with proficiency in new systems and softwareFlexible to work nights and weekends as needed to support HR operationsAble to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage shifting prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:Associate or bachelor’s degreeExperience in 3PL, logistics, or distribution environmentsFamiliarity with UKG and Kronos systemsPrior administrative support experience for senior leadershipBilingual (Spanish preferred)Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential informationPhysical Demands & Work Environment:Frequent use of office equipment (phones, computers, calculators)Primarily a seated role with significant computer useOccasional reaching up to 24 inchesRequires ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbolsOffice/Warehouse environment with typical noise levelsCompany DescriptionLabor Solutions, LLC is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry throughout the Midwest area.
