Are you someone who loves connecting with others and making a meaningful impact? La Vida Llena is seeking a compassionate, energetic Activities Assistant to join our vibrant senior living community! In this key role, you’ll help design and deliver therapeutic and life-enriching programs that support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents in our Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Skilled areas. You’ll collaborate with team members and volunteers to lead engaging activities that reflect our commitment to person-centered care. Wages: $16.00 - $20.00 / hr DOE

Shift: 8:30aam - 5:00pm, Tuesday - Saturday

Your responsibilities will include supporting the planning and execution of therapeutic, recreational, and social activities; leading and assisting in programs tailored to residents’ interests and needs; collaborating with volunteers and staff to create a warm, inclusive environment; and building positive relationships with residents to encourage engagement and participation.

We’re looking for someone with: 1 year of experience with Activities in Assisted Living, Memory Support or Skilled Nursing; knowledge of gerontology, dementia, anatomy/physiology, or recreation therapy; CPR/AED and First Aid certification (preferred); and a team-focused, compassionate approach with strong communication skills.
