Room Attendant

Job Summary

Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels to enhance guest comfort.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care tasks to maintain cleanliness throughout the property.
• Maintain public areas by dusting, cleaning windows, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless and inviting.
• Handle special cleaning requests promptly and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning and custodial tasks to uphold health standards.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in cleaning, floor care, and janitorial work across commercial or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices related to guest service environments.
• Experience with housekeeping management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills.
