Join the opening team of our brand-new La Quinta Inn! We are looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agents who are passionate about providing exceptional guest service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new hotel from day one and help create memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system.
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
