We at our property are focused on providing clean, comfortable, and friendly accommodations. We are looking for an experienced and dependable Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team and ensure outstanding guest service at all times.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel policies. This position serves as a lead for front desk agents, providing training, guidance, and support while maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and schedule front desk associates to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing accurately.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Monitor daily cash handling, credit card transactions, and shift reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Wyndham brand standards, property policies, and safety procedures.
  • Conduct daily shift briefings and ensure communication between shifts.
  • Assist with night audit and reporting as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Support the General Manager in administrative duties and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hotel front desk or customer service experience (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (experience with Wyndham/Opera preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Must have basic computer skills and understanding of front office procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality training a plus.
