Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
- Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms by sweeping, dusting, polishing, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
- Follow established cleaning procedures using industrial cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to maximize efficiency and sustainability.
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional custodial service.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation.
- Demonstrated ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
