Duties

• Prepare and serve breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and snacks, adhering to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of breakfast areas, guest rooms, and common spaces throughout your shift
• Replenish supplies such as linens, toiletries, and food items to ensure smooth service
• Assist with guest requests promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service at all times
• Perform light housekeeping duties including making beds, tidying rooms, and removing trash to uphold high standards of cleanliness
• Monitor food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Support catering or banquet setups when needed for special events or group bookings

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet settings
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety protocols
• Experience in serving or barista work is a plus, demonstrating comfort with food handling and customer interactions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods during shifts
