Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent guest service skills.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Address guest concerns and escalate as needed
- Assist with night audit procedures as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and etiquette
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous
