Talent Acquisition Specialist
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $33 – $36/hr
About the Role:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support a variety of union and non-union roles, including field operations positions. This position offers the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver a top-notch candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Source talent through passive and active channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct pre-screen interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with organizational culture.
- Support and coordinate the interview process with managers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience or knowledge of the utility or field operations industry is a plus.
