Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the LA Fitness club in Buffalo, NY. This individual is responsible for overseeing daily club operations, including staff scheduling, front desk procedures, membership services, and facility maintenance. Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail environments, with strong skills in team leadership and day-to-day facility oversight.
- Ability to manage schedules, resources, and workflows to maintain consistent service levels and operational efficiency.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues and build positive relationships with members and team members.
- Comfort with basic administrative tasks, such as reporting, budgeting support, and use of club management or point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards in a public facility, with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
