I’m looking for Packaging Supervisors who thrive on the production floor—leaders who can earn their team’s trust, make decisions under pressure, and find ways to make tomorrow’s shift run better than today’s.
Two openings. 1st & 2nd shift. South Metro Atlanta, GA.
☀️ 1st shift: Typically 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
🌙 2nd shift: Typically 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
You know what a good shift looks like:
People are prepared. Expectations are clear. Equipment issues get attention early. And when production falls behind, you know how to bring the right people together to get things moving.
You’ll take ownership of your shift—from staffing and developing employees to tackling production challenges and improving packaging performance. You’ll work closely with Maintenance, use the numbers to understand what’s slowing the lines down, and turn improvement ideas into everyday practices.
Just as important: you’ll build a team that takes pride in doing the job safely and doing it well.
Let’s talk if you bring:
- A background in food or beverage manufacturing. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience may also be considered.
- Experience supervising high-speed packaging operations.
- Proven people management experience, including coaching, training, and navigating tough conversations.
- Strong lean manufacturing knowledge and an eye for reducing waste and improving how work gets done.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
These roles have assigned primary shifts, but flexibility to help cover other shifts is important. Occasional weekend work is also required.
