- Coordinate end-to-end airfreight shipments, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Manage bookings with carriers, partners, and gateways while securing capacity and competitive rates
- Generate and process required shipping documentation in compliance with regulations
- Monitor shipments and proactively manage deviations, ensuring timely updates in systems
- Collaborate with Customer Care teams to align on customer requirements (transit times, routing, pricing)
- Review and clarify operational instructions to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational standards
- Maintain accurate operational and financial data within internal systems
- Work closely with carriers, vendors, warehouses, and customs teams to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor partner performance and escalate issues where service levels are not met
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and system utilization
- Support cost optimization and contribute to maximizing shipment profitability
- Assist in customer onboarding and ensure smooth transition from sales to operations
- Report operational issues, risks, and discrepancies to management in a timely manner
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in airfreight, logistics operations, or freight forwarding
- Knowledge of airfreight processes, regulations, and documentation requirements
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
