Job Title: IT Delivery Manager - Financial Systems

Job Summary:
This role will lead the delivery, support, and strategic evolution of key financial technology platforms. This role will oversee businessasusual (BAU) support operations while driving major initiatives across Oracle ERP, Accounting Hub, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and the consolidation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Fixed Asset (FA) platforms.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology leader with strong financial systems expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a delivery-oriented mindset. This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Enterprise Architecture, and vendor partners to ensure stable operations and successful deployment of new capabilities.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum experience:
- 7 plus years of experience in IT delivery or systems management, with a focus on Finance applications
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- 5 plus years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials (Fusion Cloud or EBS).
- Demonstrated experience managing BAU support operations in a complex enterprise environment.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale Finance system implementations.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, financial data flows, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Experience with Oracle Accounting Hub and/or FDI.
- Prior experience in banking or financial services.
- PMP, ITIL, or Agile certification.
- Experience driving platform consolidations or modernization initiatives.
