You will be the primary architect for our Digital Banking ecosystem, focusing specifically on the high-stakes world of Money Movement. From Zelle integrations to real-time payment rails, you will ensure our customers can move their money safely, instantly, and intuitively.
Core Responsibilities
- Architectural Blueprinting:Design end-to-end solutions for retail digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration between mobile/web frontends and core banking backends.
- Money Movement Specialist:Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for P2P (Zelle), Account-to-Account (A2A) transfers, Bill Pay, and emerging Real-Time Payment (RTP/FedNow) standards.
- API & Integration Strategy:Lead the transition toward a microservices-based architecture, utilizing RESTful APIs to connect Synovus services with third-party fintech partners.
- Security-First Design:Partner with Cybersecurity to implement robust fraud detection, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and KYC/AML protocols within the payment flow.
- Technical Leadership:Bridge the gap between Product Managers and Engineering teams, translating business "dreams" into technical "realities" without breaking the system.
Salary : $70 - $80
