We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager with a deep background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry to lead high-stakes initiatives at the intersection of marketing technology and data. You will be the primary architect of execution for our MarTech stack and Customer Data Management strategies, ensuring that every digital interaction from mobile app rewards to drive-thru personalization is powered by robust, scalable technology.
With 12 15 years of experience, you aren't just managing timelines; you are translating complex business roadmaps into technical reality, navigating the nuances of high-volume retail environments, and mentoring cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Delivery:Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs involving Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Loyalty Engines, and Omni-channel Marketing Automation.
- QSR Ecosystem Integration:Oversee the technical integration between POS systems, digital ordering platforms, and marketing execution tools to create a seamless "Phygital" customer journey.
- Data Governance & Privacy:Drive the strategy for identity resolution and first-party data collection, ensuring compliance with global privacy standards (CCPA/GDPR) while maximizing data utility.
- Stakeholder Orchestration:Act as the strategic bridge between CMO (Marketing), CTO (Engineering), and Operations to align technical roadmaps with commercial goals (e.g., increasing Same-Store Sales or App MAUs).
- Vendor Management:Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party SaaS providers, ensuring SLAs are met and the tech stack remains cutting-edge.
- Technical Leadership:Navigate complex cloud architectures and API-first environments, identifying technical bottlenecks before they impact the critical path.
