Responsibilities:
- Design and execute V&V strategies for AI/ML models and intelligent software components
- Validate model behavior across training, inference, and deployment stages
- Perform functional, performance, robustness, and edge-case testing of ML algorithms
- Collaborate with data science and software teams to ensure model integrity and traceability
- Use simulation environments, HIL/SIL setups, and synthetic data for validation
- Develop and maintain automated test pipelines for continuous model validation
- Ensure compliance with AI safety, fairness, and explainability standards
- Document test plans, procedures, results, and maintain traceability for audits
- Analyze test outcomes and support root cause analysis and defect resolution
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, including:
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch
- Scikit-learn
- Automation Skills and Scrum Master Certification is preferred
