- Preparation of vehicle network test plans and requirements.
- Preparation of test scenarios & test cases based on the requirements.
- Perform network testing using standard hardware & software tools.
- Evaluation & validation of vehicle network architectures designs/ concepts.
- Documenting the Test scenarios/ tests cases based on the requirements, maintaining the traceability.
- Building/Setting up Network Validation Test Benches.
- Developing Test Automation Frameworks.
- Debugging/Analyzing failed test cases to identify failure root cause.
- Performing FMEAs for Network Architecture Strategies.
- Customer Presentation on Vehicle Network Architecture testing topic.
- Participate in knowledge sharing activities with fellow Architects at offshore.
- Experience: 7-12 years.
- Python, knowledge of LIN/CAN/CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet.
- Wireshark, CANoe Tools.
- Experience in MIL, HIL, Regression testing.
- Exposure to dSpace.
- Knowledge in testing, ISTQB Certification is preferred.
- Knowledge about protocols (SOME/IP, DoIP, Autosar-PDU, CAN-TP).
- Knowledge about Network Security Standards (SecOC, IPsec, MACsec, CANsec).
- Knowledge about Automotive Network and Buses architectures (difference LIN/CAN/Ethernet, advantages/disadvantages, Arbitration on CAN, etc.).
- Knowledge about SW architecture (don’t need to be a skilled programmer, but at least need to know Autosar components (Classic & Adaptive), ISO models).
- Good communication skills; ability to explain concepts to other engineers.
- Training skills for technical processes.
- Knowledge of different vehicle E/E Network Architectures and their working.
- Test case development and execution in HIL environment.
- Experience using Autosar configuration tools (preferred).
- Automation scripting using CAPL and Python.
- Analyze the customer requirements from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to develop Test cases.
- Component and Functional testing.
- Degree in engineering (preferably Electronics / Computer Science discipline)
