- Lead the design and development of advanced cockpit solutions, focusing on Android-based platforms.
- Provide technical leadership in HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) and AOSP (Android Open-Source Project) development.
- Work closely with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) teams to design user-centric and intuitive interfaces.
- Collaborate with system architects to define cockpit architecture and integration strategies.
- Oversee system validation processes, ensuring high-quality and reliable solutions.
- Drive automation in validation processes to improve efficiency and reduce testing cycles.
- Define and execute validation strategies for end-to-end system performance.
- Leverage AI to develop intelligent agents for enhanced user experience and personalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions for predictive behavior, voice recognition, and contextual personalization.
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions for connected car ecosystems.
- Develop scalable and secure cloud services for features like remote monitoring, over-the-air updates, diagnostics, and user analytics.
- Should have responded to RFIs / RFQs.
- Lead solutioning for customers in a RFQ / Pre-RFQ stage, defending

- Own business growth of the region, committing to pipeline growth and business wins
- Ability to package offerings, negotiate, influence customers on solutions
- Regularly update on market and technology trends and provide inputs to internal solution roadmaps
- Ability to create partnerships to provide integrated business propositions to customers
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI, cloud, and automotive systems to incorporate into strategic roadmaps.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to align business goals with technical solutions.
- Define and document business requirements, use cases, and workflows for cockpit and cloud solutions.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the automotive domain, with expertise in cockpit systems and connected car solutions.
- Android Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of HAL, AOSP, and HMI development.
- Validation Expertise: Experience in system validation and automation processes.
- AI Experience: Proven experience in developing AI-based solutions for user experience and personalization.
- Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud services and hands-on experience in designing cloud-based solutions for connected vehicles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in system architecture, software development, and integration of automotive systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools for product development is preferred.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles for connected vehicles is preferred.
