Develop SpringBoot/Java API/microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Cloud Technologies
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Cloud Run
- Cloud Spanner
- Cloud Pub/Sub
- Other GCP services
Requirements:
Must have:
- Proficiency in Spring Boot/Java for API and microservices development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing services like Cloud Run and Cloud Pub/Sub, etc.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ability to execute API Load and Performance (L&P) testing.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Operational support expertise, including debugging and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Fossa, and GitHub for software deployment, quality, and management.
- Experience working in agile environments using methodologies like Kanban.
- Strong collaboration skills with product managers to define solutions and translate them into incremental user stories.
- Experience participating in requirements gathering sessions (e.g., whiteboarding).
Preferred:
- Proactive identification and adoption of new technologies to address current needs and anticipate future challenges.
- Ability to drive individual development and collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end integration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Experience in establishing best practices to optimize efficiency and mitigate risk.
