This role combines traditional serving and bartending duties, ensuring prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service in the cafe, bar, and patio areas. Job Responsibilities:
Service & Guest Experience
•Greet members and guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
•Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
•Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and resorts standards.
•Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
•Handle guests’ tabs, payments, and POS transactions with accuracy.
Bar & Cafe Operations
Set up, maintain, and close the bar and dining areas according to opening/closing procedures.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, cafe tables, and service areas.
•Restock supplies, including beverages, garnishes, glassware, and condiments.
•Ensure compliance with all liquor service laws and safety regulations.
•Assist with special events, golf tournaments, and banquets as needed.
Teamwork & Communication
•Collaborate with kitchen and golf operations staff to ensure smooth service.
•Communicate effectively about member preferences, special requests, and service issues.
