The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - A Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently hiring experienced Cooks for our Cafe East Restaurant. We are currently seeking hard-working and experienced individuals to join our team as a cook
Typical Hours: 3pm-11pm or 4 pm-12 am, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Weekends and holidays are required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Set up, clean, and stock kitchen prep station.
• Measure, weigh, cut, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Prepare food and cook main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
• Plate, arrange, and garnish dishes based on the chef's guidance.
• Work with servers to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately.
• Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils.
• Store equipment at the end of shifts.
• Follow food safety standards and regulations to ensure proper operating procedures and hygiene.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
• One to two years' prior experience in a large hotel or restaurant.
• The right individual would be ambitious hard working and team oriented.
