Estimator / Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates, take-offs, and bid proposals for waterproofing projects
- Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
- Review drawings and specifications to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff within a 2–3 hour project radius
- Maintain strong communication with clients, superintendents, and project stakeholders
- Track progress, resolve issues, and prepare accurate project documentation and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- 5 years of commercial construction experience, with at least 2 years in waterproofing or restoration
- Proven ability to estimate and manage multiple projects from cradle to grave
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
- Proficiency with blueprints, technical documents, and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Base Salary annual and corporate bonus potential
