Konik is partnering with a nationally recognized owner and developer of premium wellness, hospitality, and mixed-use facilities to add an Architectural Owner’s Representative - Project Manager. This role represents the owner throughout planning, design, permitting, construction support, and project closeout for high-visibility capital projects.
The successful candidate will provide leadership to external architecture and engineering consultants while driving project quality, schedule performance, budget alignment, and operational success. Architectural Owner's Representative Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct outside architectural, engineering, commissioning, and specialty consulting partners.
- Lead projects through programming, design, permitting, construction, and final closeout activities.
- Facilitate design reviews to ensure alignment with operational requirements, design standards, and business objectives.
- Monitor consultant performance, project milestones, contract deliverables, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate decisions among internal stakeholders, contractors, project teams and permitting agencies
- Review drawings and design packages for constructability, completeness, functionality, and cost impacts.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, change orders, risks, and overall project performance while providing leadership-level updates.
- Professional degree in Architecture; Licensure is preferred
- 10 years of architectural project leadership experience within commercial, hospitality, healthcare, corporate, or mixed-use environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing external architecture and engineering firms on behalf of an owner or client organization.
- Strong knowledge of permitting, building codes, and project delivery processes.
