Architectural Drafter

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural drafting and design, utilizing various software tools to create precise and innovative designs. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills, as you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and schematics that meet project specifications and client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit
• Create 3D renderings using Revit
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate concepts into technical drawings.
• Prepare construction documents, including schematics and specifications for building projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the drafting process.
• Revise designs based on feedback from project stakeholders while maintaining project timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and graphic design materials for client meetings.
• Conduct site visits to gather information necessary for drafting accurate plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit
• Revit: 5 years (Required)
• Experience in drafting for construction projects with a strong understanding of architectural principles.
• Background in graphic design or interior design is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles is beneficial.
