Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, professional relationships with members
- Accurately process transactions and handle cash securely
- Maintain balanced drawers and high accuracy standards Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Follow all operational, compliance, and security procedures
- Communicate clearly with members and team members in person, by phone, and electronically
- Participate in training and development opportunities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic math and computer skills
- Customer service or cash handling experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
