What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle loan processing: Oversee commercial loan files from application through closing and funding, ensuring all required documentation is collected, verified, and accurately completed for timely processing.
- Ensure compliance and risk management: Monitor covenant requirements, financial tracking, insurance, and other compliance documentation to maintain adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Organize and maintain loan files: Keep commercial lending files accurate, complete, and audit-ready while supporting overall data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional member service: Provide responsive, professional support to business clients, guiding them through the loan process and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with lending teams: Partner with Credit and Underwriting to manage documentation, track requirements, resolve exceptions, and support credit workflows.
- Support loan quality and efficiency: Perform detailed pre-closing reviews to reduce risk, minimize exceptions, and ensure compliance with all standards.

Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in banking, commercial lending, loan processing, loan documentation, financial services, or another related field
