Your Day as a Teller/Member Service Representative
When members visit the branch, you'll help with daily banking transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries, always ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.
During your shift, you'll form meaningful connections by actively listening, addressing questions, and recognizing opportunities to suggest products or services that fit members' needs. Whether assisting face-to-face, over the phone, or via email, you'll deliver friendly, clear, and professional service.
You'll manage and balance your cash drawer, adhere to security and operational guidelines, and work toward goals focused on accuracy and service excellence. Between member interactions, you'll partner with coworkers, keep current on procedures, and engage in training that helps you grow in your role.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet compliance and regulatory standards
Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturday shifts 8:00 AM - Noon
