need to succeed. Training & Work-from-Home Opportunity Training for this
position takes place on-site at our Corporate Center in Sheboygan,
Wisconsin. Attendance on-site is required throughout the entire training
period. Once training is successfully completed and performance
expectations are met, employees may become eligible to transition to a
work-from-home arrangement. About the Role As a Member Service
Representative, you\'ll be an important point of contact for Kohler
Credit Union members. You\'ll provide personalized customer service and
financial support by answering questions, resolving concerns, assisting
with account requests, and helping members find products and services
that meet their needs. You\'ll communicate with members through phone,
chat, email, and secure messaging, making this a great opportunity for
someone who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems. You\'ll
assist with everyday banking needs such as debit card requests, mobile
deposit verification, account questions, and other member requests while
maintaining accuracy and protecting confidential information. Teamwork
