About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will oversee all branch operations while leading a team focused on delivering excellent member service and achieving performance goals. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with policies and regulations, and maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support branch staff to achieve goals and grow professionally
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure policy and regulatory compliance
- Deliver and model exceptional member service standards
- Manage cash operations, including vault and ATM balancing
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflow
- Resolve escalated member issues with professionalism and care
- Support branch growth through member engagement and product education
- Conduct regular operational reviews to ensure accuracy and security
- Protect confidential member information and maintain data integrity
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of experience in banking or financial services, including leadership experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills
- Ability to meet performance goals and drive results
- Knowledge of retail banking operations and compliance standards
Schedule
- Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
