You will assist members via phone, chat, email, and secure messaging, providing personalized solutions! Responsibilities also include handling debit card requests, verifying mobile deposits, and preparing reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Teamwork is important. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus

Business Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
