Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
As a Member Service Representative at Kohler Credit Union, you'll be the friendly face and voice for our members, delivering exceptional customer service that creates positive experiences across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and secure messaging. Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Fridays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
