We are seeking an experienced Large Scale Electrical Estimator to prepare competitive bids for large commercial, healthcare, mixed-use, mission-critical, and industrial electrical construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare complete electrical estimates and takeoffs
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Develop project budgets and conceptual estimates
- Solicit vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Prepare bid packages and proposal documents
- Conduct occasional site visits
- Manage multiple high-value estimates simultaneously
- Support preconstruction planning and project handoff
Qualifications
- 5 years of electrical estimating experience
- Commercial or industrial electrical construction background
- Licensed Electrician or equivalent electrical construction experience
- Experience with Accubid, ConstructJobs, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
