We are hiring an experienced Chief Electrical Estimator to lead our estimating department and oversee preconstruction efforts for large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, and design-build electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the estimating team
• Review and approve major estimates and conceptual budgets
• Develop estimating standards and best practices
• Support executive leadership with forecasting and strategy
• Attend job walks, client meetings, and pre-bid conferences
• Build relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
• Oversee project handoffs to operations

Qualifications

• 10 years of electrical estimating experience
• 5 years leading estimating teams
• Licensed Electrician or extensive electrical construction background
• Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission-critical projects
• Design-Build and Design-Assist estimating experience
• Proficiency with Accubid Anywhere, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and estimating platforms
• Strong leadership and communication skills
