What You Will Do
- Lead all field operations for large-scale electrical construction projects
- Supervise foremen, electricians, apprentices, subcontractors, and trade partners
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules
- Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, Owners, and Engineers
- Maintain project safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Participate in pull planning, scheduling, and coordination meetings
- Manage daily reports, project documentation, and field communications
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule
What We Are Seeking
- Electrical construction leadership experience
- Experience managing large commercial construction projects
- Experience with Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Hospitals, Healthcare Campuses, Manufacturing Facilities, Distribution Centers, or other large commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, switchgear, feeders, and electrical installation methods
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
