- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems, including:
- Rooftop units (RTUs)
- Boilers and chillers
- CRAC units and refrigeration systems
- VAV/VVT and control systems
- Kitchen refrigeration and hot-side equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Work independently in the field with minimal supervision
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and internal teams
- Provide occasional mentorship and guidance to junior technicians
- 6 years of commercial HVAC/R experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with:
- RTUs, mini splits, chillers, boilers
- Controls and building systems
- Refrigeration and kitchen equipment
- EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
- NATE Certification (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driverโs license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and varying weather conditions
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and kneeling
- Commercial job sites and mechanical rooms
- Exposure to high-voltage systems and moving equipment
- Work in loud environments and extreme temperatures
- Full-time role (40 hours/week guaranteed)
- Limited overnight travel
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
