We provide installation, service, maintenance, and indoor air quality solutions to residential and commercial customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Full-Time HVAC Lead Technician to join our team.
Position Overview
The HVAC Lead Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems to company standards while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of HVAC experience
- Ability to install and repair gas and oil boilers and furnaces
- Ability to install and repair central air conditioning condensers and air handlers
- Ability to install and service mini-split (ductless) systems
- Ability to service and repair all HVAC systems common to the New England region, including oil and gas heating appliances
- Deep understanding of low and high voltage wiring, including thermostat wiring, control boards, zone controls, and system communication wiring
- Ability to independently diagnose HVAC equipment and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ability to perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls
- Valid driver's license (must be 18 or older) and insurable by company carrier
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members, verbally and in writing
- Ability to carry 100 lbs overhead with assistance and perform physical warehouse and truck duties

- Ability to take direction from leads and supervisors
- Willingness to participate in training seminars and company meetings
- Accurate daily timecard completion and compliance with all safety rules
Compensation
- Annual pay range: $95,000 – $125,000 (includes hourly base, on-call pay, and lunch allowance based on a 40-hour week)
- Hourly rate: $40 – $50, based on experience
- Sales commission on service tickets: 3% – 5%
