Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC / Chiller Technician to support service, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial chiller systems. This role is critical to ensuring uptime, efficiency, and reliability across a variety of facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of centrifugal and screw chillers.
- Diagnose equipment failures and determine root causes of breakdowns.
- Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild chiller components as needed.
- Test electrical and mechanical components using appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Complete system startups, shutdowns, and performance checks.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings with customers.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience servicing commercial or industrial chillers.
- Strong working knowledge of chiller systems.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
