HVAC Technician and Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and possess the ability to accurately diagnose system issues. Your expertise will ensure that our clients enjoy comfortable and efficient indoor environments. This is a full-time position and not seasonal. Bonus potential.

Duties

• Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ductwork according to specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC layouts for new installations.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during installation processes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment maintenance logs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding HVAC systems.

Experience

• 5 years experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, and related equipment repair.
• Familiarity with braising techniques and mechanical skills is a plus.
• Experience in property maintenance or as a service technician is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
