What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant position at KNM Resources?
• Assist with generating internal and external financial reports
• Perform consolidation of both legal (external reporting) and managed (internal reporting) financial statements.
• Generate and maintain numerous time-sensitive internal management reports.
• Support processes that generate the Form 10Q and 10K SEC filings
• Support related requests from external auditors.
• Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process.
• Assist in the consolidation and preparation of monthly financial statements Assist with compliance for consolidations group.
• Prepare annual goodwill impairment analysis.
• Interface with contacts at both foreign and domestic divisions/subsidiaries.
Salary : $70 - $90
