What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at KNM Resources?
• Support the Investran and Yardi financial systems.
• Gather requirements and write comprehensive business requirements documents.
• Review and understand the core functionality of sources systems.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Create, implement and reconcile comprehensive use-cases. Automate processes to efficiently perform UAT responsibilities.
• Represent the Client / Business in IT planning sessions and validate IT strategies.
• Act as critical liaison to Clients and Internal Operations, Development, Quality Assurance, and Support teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive user guides
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Coordinate internal / new client onboarding requests.
