ResponsibilitiesResearch and implement complex accounting standardsPrepare accounting position papers for contracts, M&A transactions, etcProvide advice on accounting for M&A and other activityPrepare and review consolidated financial statements and disclosures.Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.Coordinate with external auditorsAssist with documenting internal controlsImprove reporting and month-end through automation and system enhancementsCollaborate with across multiple departments to assess business impact on accounting and reportingServe as subject matter expert on accounting guidance for various transactions QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA required.6 years of progressive accounting experience with technical accounting focus.Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge Experienced with ASC 810, 842 and 606 Strong communication skillsHighly proficient in Excel
